Executives sharing their thought leadership on a consistent basis is a severely underutilized way to bring new people into the pipeline.
It’s hard so most companies won’t do it. It’s easier to press a button an send 100,000 cold spam AI messages that will never get read.
Most Executives don’t even know where to start when it comes to creating content so that’s what today’s issue is all about.
Let’s dive in.

Today’s Topic - What Great Executive Content Looks Like
The best executive content doesn’t feel like content.
It feels like the leader you know in a meeting, on a client call, or across the table at dinner.
That starts with better questions, not better writing.
Questions like:
What do you believe about your industry that others miss?
What’s happening inside your organization that people on the outside wouldn’t see?
What’s a recent client situation that reminded you why your work matters?
What problems do people consistently come to you all to solve?
Those answers reveal judgment, pattern recognition, and experience. That’s what people actually want to hear.
The goal isn’t to “polish” your voice. It’s to capture how you really think.
The way you explain something. The stories you choose. The nuance in how you see risk, growth, or opportunity. That’s what makes it yours.
Joe shouldn’t sound like Chris. Samantha shouldn’t sound like Stacey. And none of them should sound like a marketing team.
Because in the end, people don’t engage with perfectly worded expertise.
They respond to perspective they trust.
