How to use LinkedIn video messages to book meetings

LinkedIn is such an underutilized tool for sales professionals and teams.

Very few use it.

And the ones that do just mass-send pitches that don’t work.

The LinkedIn video message is the most underutilized sales tactic.

Let’s dive into how to send one (with an example).

Today’s Topic - How to send a LinkedIn video message

I’m so insanely bullish on the LinkedIn video message.

If done correctly and personalized, it’s your best way to have your prospect engage with you.

I’m in Executive’s Linkedins all day and NONE of them are receiving these.

It’s hard to do, and uncomfortable so most sellers won’t do it.

Here's the formula I use,

"Hey XXX, I saw your recent post and thought you would find this podcast interesting. Go to minute 43, it ties directly to what you posted about. Let me know if I can ever do anything to be helpful for you."

If they haven't posted content, here's what I use,

"Hey XXX, I'm going to putting together a dinner for Tech Founders in Washington, DC on July 8 and would love to have you join. We have a pretty solid group and think you'd be a great addition."

If you don't have a free event, here's what I'd say,

"Hey XXX, it was great seeing your name pop up on my LinkedIn the other day. We just put together a guide for other AI Founders about how to find new leads from LinkedIn and thought you might find it interesting. Let me know if I can send it your way."

It should always be about them and how you can help them.

Never pitch first, always focus on providing value, and trust the long game.
