The main things that hold people back are:

  2. Fear of being judged

  3. Not having the time

And to me, that becomes a huge opportunity for the people who are willing to put themselves out there.

So, when is the best time to begin building an audience on LinkedIn?

The earlier you can build a strong audience on LinkedIn, the better.

AI is making it easier to create content so more people will start doing it.

That means more noise, more competition for attention, and more pressure to stand out.

If you’re already grabbing people’s attention now, it’ll be way easier to keep it over the next 6+ months.

You’ll be ahead of the curve with an audience that trusts you, not scrambling to be heard in a crowded feed.

But here’s the thing:

No matter how easy AI makes it, the biggest thing holding people back isn’t tech -- it’s fear.

Fear of judgment. Fear of saying the wrong thing. Fear of not being “professional enough.”

And I don’t think that’s going away anytime soon.

1% of people post monthly on LinkedIn—and yet 95% of people I talk to know their buyers are on there.

The opportunity is massive.

Most just won't stay consistent with it.
