A lot of people exclusively focus on the content side of LinkedIn.
And because of this, they’re missing out on a lot of leads.
So I want to share today where we see the majority of our leads come from.
Let’s dive in.

Today’s Topic - The Real Value of LinkedIn
Most people think the goal on LinkedIn is just to post and wait.
Post something thoughtful → sit back → expect leads to roll in.
But the real value is in utilizing warm signals, tracking the people engaging with your content, and finding people who are connected to your connections.
The BEST part about LinkedIn is that it gives you visibility into who's leaning in. You get access to buying signals before someone ever fills out a form.
But most people miss it.
They assume leads will magically come to them.
And they might…eventually.
In 3, 6, 12 months. Maybe longer. If you post consistently, deliver value, and build real credibility, yes, people will start reaching out.
But if you're serious about building a pipeline now you can't just wait for inbound. You need to get intentional with outbound by leveraging the warmest signals you already have.
This can be people who liked your post, commented, followed, or even looked at your profile. Those are your softest entry points.
This is the playbook that actually works.
