This one isn’t necessarily about more revenue, but it’s something I’m thinking a lot about as our company grows.
It’s something I want us to be relentless about in every conversation.
Let’s dive in.

Today’s Topic - How to end a client call
Every time we wrap up a call with a client, we ask the same thing:
“What can we take care of for you?”
Not: “Can you send us XYZ?” Not: “You will reach out to XYZ.” Not: “Let us know what you think.”
We take the work and run with it. That’s the standard.
When I hire for client success, I’m looking for people who see something and just handle it. Not wait for a request. Not make the client do extra work. Just get it done.
Because let’s be honest, busy executives don't need any more to-dos. They want action and results.
If something comes up on a call, we’re already on it:
Need content? We’re writing it. Need outreach sent? It’s going out. Mentioned a new lead? We’re digging into it.
That’s the kind of support I’d want if I were the client. So that’s how we show up.
