Some lessons from 2025

Both professionally and personally

Welcome to The Revenue Generator

Hey there, it’s Harris!

Welcome to the Revenue Generator where I (usually) share 1 tactic each week that you can implement to help you generate more revenue.

This week will be different.

It’s cliche, but I use the end of the year as a time to reflect.

Both personally and professionally, here are a few thoughts.

Let’s dive in.

Today’s Topic - A few reflections from 2025

As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been thinking a lot about what I learned this year both personally and professionally.

Personally, I learned that having two kids is a lot of the same as having one kid, but definitely has its unique challenges. There used to be "down time" as a parent but when you are man-to-man, that's no longer the case. On the positive side, there's nothing cooler than hearing your kids laugh and be happy together. When they're making each other laugh and be happy, it's the best feeling in the world. There's also something special about being a dad and having a baby girl. Grateful that 2025 brought me my daughter.

I've mentioned this before, but I can't write a personal post without hitting it home again. I'd have ZERO chance of success as an entrepreneur without an incredibly supportive spouse who keeps our family moving. She does so, so, so, so much for our family and is always supportive of any and all of my crazy ideas. She's also the company therapist, constantly listening to all the ups and downs of running a business.

Professionally, we made a pretty strong pivot into owning a unique lane - We are an Executive Demand Agency.

We do that through:

  1. Consistent, powerful thought leadership content

  2. Strategic networking

  3. Personalized and focused direct messages

Our ideal client is a successful executive with a really strong network who wants to be a thought leader and better utilize their network for business development opportunities but doesn't have time. We also tend to have a lot of success with executives who build community with their ICP.

Going into 2026, the work is evolving in ways that is really exciting. We’re being invited into broader, more enterprise-level conversations, often working alongside several leaders inside the same organization.

At the same time, we’re leaning into a few projects where executive narrative plays a role in M&A strategy. It’s a unique lane and one that we are positioned really well to support.

Feeling grateful for everything in my life and incredibly excited for a big 2026.

How we can work together:

  1. LinkedIn Partnership for Executives - We help Executives generate revenue from LinkedIn and we have one spot left to kick off in late January 2026. 2. LinkedIn Workshops for Sales Teams - If you lead a group of sellers and are interested in a workshop/presentation on how they can better use LinkedIn as a sales tool in 2026, please send me a note. These are very tactical and hands-on workshops.

  3. Get Started with LinkedIn - Join 693+ individuals who have purchased this playbook to create content that sells on LinkedIn. This is the system I’ve used to help Executives generate over $10M from LinkedIn. https://hfanaroff19.gumroad.com/l/linkedinplaybook
