As you may have noticed, there has been a shift in the content of this newsletter in the past few weeks.

I want this newsletter to reflect the work that I am doing with organizations and individuals and that has shifted.

I love helping people enjoy work more and believe in the power of recruiting, onboarding, and developing people to help make that happen.

But what I have spent the last 10+ years helping companies do is generate more revenue.

And so that is going to be the focus of the newsletter moving forward.

The format will stay the same.

Every week I will share one tactic to help you and/or your organization generate more revenue.
