Content plays a pretty major role in what we do for executives, it helps keep them top of mind with ideal buyers consistently.
No other way to do that besides posting thoughtful consistent content on the only platform that matters for B2B.
And today I want to share a new rule we have for our company when it comes to Executive Content.

Today’s Topic - Our Rule for Content
We have a new rule for LinkedIn content at our company:
If AI could write it, we're not interested in posting it.
Everyone's tired of the "Here's 5 things every leader should know" posts that ChatGPT could spit out in 3 seconds.
You know what actually performs? Personal stories that only YOU could tell.
One of our clients shared a story about his daughter getting a job offer from a major gaming company - and the career advice he gave her as a dad. It crushed. Way more engagement than any thought leadership listicle.
Another client dug up his very first offer letter from decades ago and posted about it. Insanely well-received.
The pattern is clear:
Personal, non-commercial stories that come from real life are undefeated on LinkedIn from an engagement perspective.
Here's why this matters for business development:
The people you actually want to reach (CHROs, CEOs, decision-makers) they engage with posts that feel human. They scroll past anything that smells like it was generated.
So the next time you sit down to write a LinkedIn post, ask yourself:
Could ChatGPT have written this?
If yes, dig deeper. Find the story only you can tell.
That's where the magic is.
