I see so many salespeople go straight to the sale and miss out on the opportunity to build a relationship.

I believe you have to build that relationship before you can even think about selling.

I dive into some ideas for helping you create that relationship today.

Today’s Topic - How to make a cold prospect… warm

Cold sales are so hard without giving away something of value first for free.

The best sellers/companies are doing this.

We are all overwhelmed with bad sales pitches.

You have to stick out in the first sentence and do something valuable before you sell.

Here are a few ideas I like:

1. Intimate executive dinners

2. Resource created specifically for that person that shows you've done research

3. Loom video specifically created for them referencing a solution to a problem you know they have

4. Executive event with their peers at a unique golf course

5. Connecting them to someone in your network for a sales opportunity for their business
