Here’s a quick example from a recent client.

Today’s Topic - How we helped an HR Tech Founder generate 24 meetings last month

Last month, we helped an HR Tech Founder book 24 meetings with his ICP (ideal customer profile) which was CHROs of companies between 500 - 5,000 people.

That is a lot of calls and by no means the norm for every client every month.

But it does show what’s possible.

How do we do this?

1. Specific content targeted at 1 specific ICP

Everything that we co-create is targeted at providing value for the CHRO or HR Leader at a company size of 500 - 5,000 employees. We have expertise selling to this type of buyer so that is the lens we take with every piece of content.

2. Connecting with and engaging that ICP

We have worked with this individual for 5 months so far. Over the first 4 months of our partnership, we added 600+ new followers that fit specifically within this ICP. Once they are connected, they are more likely to see his content.

3. Creating and executing on a specific BD strategy

We crafted specific messaging for the specific people based on where they were from, the type of company, or the college they went to. We sent targeted messaging that shows it wasn’t the same for everybody.

That last part is our differentiator.

Everyone on our team who interacts with clients has business development experience.

Content alone is fine for some but our clients come to us for new business development opportunities
