Today’s Topic - How to identify potential leads in your network

One of the biggest sources of immediate ROI we see with execs on LinkedIn has nothing to do with growth hacks or automation.

It starts with a deep dive into their existing network.

We’ll take someone who has ~2,000 connections and use Sales Navigator to pull everyone who fits their ICP (for example: CHROs at companies with 50–500 employees). Then we literally go line by line:

• What’s your relationship with this person?

• When was the last conversation?

• Who makes sense to reach out to now?

• What’s the right message for this specific relationship?

Almost every single time, this surfaces people they never would’ve thought of on their own.

100% of the time there is someone in their network who perfectly fits their ICP, who they haven’t spoken to in years, and who already has context on who they are.

That’s immediate ROI.

Now, the newer opportunities, the execs you don’t know yet but want to have conversations with, that’s a different timeline.

If someone thinks cold messaging a CHRO at a 5,000–10,000 person company gets an instant reply… that’s not realistic.

What actually works is this: connecting, posting, and engaging.

That’s how you sustain ROI.
