Today’s Topic - How to use LinkedIn

Most executives assume LinkedIn “doesn’t work” for them because their networks are too small.

But one of our recent clients had ~2,000 connections, and in 90 days, we turned that network into a reliable source of conversations and pipeline.

Here’s what we changed:

  1. We clarified his POV

He went from posting random updates every few months to posting specific insights tied to his actual work. People finally understood what he stood for.

  1. We built consistency

2 posts a week. No disappearing for three weeks and then coming back with a “big update.”

  1. We activated the right people

We didn’t chase impressions.

We focused on:

  • prospects

  • referral partners

  • previous clients

  • industry leaders

When the right people see you 2x/week, conversations start.

Every meaningful engagement became a touchpoint. A quick DM. A short note. A “Would love to reconnect if helpful.” This alone created 30+ warm conversations.
