It only happened because I’ve been active on LinkedIn for 4+ years.

Today’s Topic - A quick story on the power of LinkedIn

One of my favorite parts of being active on LinkedIn is you never know what can happen from it.

One person seeing your content and passing it to a friend could completely transform your business.

Here’s an example that happened recently.

A buddy of mine from college who I hadn’t talked to in ~10 years and hadn’t liked/commented on a single post sent me a LinkedIn message the other day.

“Hey Harris, hope you’re doing well. Love what you’re doing on here. I was actually talking with a guy who leads growth for this VC company in DC and he mentioned a lot of his founders are asking him about using LinkedIn as a BD platform. Can I connect the two of you?”

That new connection has passed me 6 leads in the last 2 months.

None of this would’ve happened if I didn’t consistently put myself out there.
