That’s why developing and trusting your sales team to be successful is so important.
I’m fortunate enough to have the opportunity to train many different types of sales teams.

The Sales Aptitude Profile gives you the ability to measure your sales reps on 8 key areas for success.
When I partner with organizations, we utilize this information to help each sales rep identify and understand their specific strengths and areas for development.
Sales development should be personalized so that you can get the most out of each person.
These are the 8 components it measures each person on:
1. Achievement Motivation - Using one’s inner drive to apply the effort needed to attain strategic goals
2. Assertiveness - The open and direct expression of thoughts and beliefs
3. Competitiveness - The desire to perform better than others and surpass personal standards of performance
4. Composure - Staying calm under pressure and in difficult interactions
5. Sociability - Engaging with others and developing relationships effortlessly
6. Persuasion - Influencing others to change their thoughts or behaviors
7. Self-Confidence - The level of belief one has in their own abilities and judgments
8. Selling Related Knowledge - The desire to understand different sales techniques and learn about their respective industry.
