Today’s Topic - How Non-Profit Leaders can utilize LinkedIn to attract Donors
Last month, one of our clients, a founder of a large nonprofit organization, booked 14 impact-driven calls with new partners, funders, and collaborators.
Let’s break that down:
8 came from warm outreach: people who were already connected to her, engaged with a post, and responded to an outreach message.
6 were pure inbound: people who reached out because they had been following her content and wanted to learn more.
Our client was sharing consistent, grounded posts about real issues communities are facing today:
The human cost of preventable tragedies
The role of tech and policy in building safer futures
The importance of multi-generational education and engagement
The tension between enforcement, equity, and public trust
Their audience is composed of leaders in health, safety, policy, and education. These are people who often care deeply but don’t always know where to engage.
Her posting on LinkedIn meant that people knew what the organization stood for.
When your content reflects real conviction, real stories, and real strategy, people listen.
And when they listen, they reach out.
