Use this quick 4-step playbook
Welcome to the Optimistic Office
Hey there it's Harris!
If you are a working professional, there’s a good chance you have LinkedIn.
But a lot of the people I speak with just go on LinkedIn and don’t take the time to post and share their thoughts.
I’ve been active on LinkedIn for about 2+ years now and it has been a game-changer for me.
If you are in HR, you can utilize LinkedIn to find new talent that otherwise you never would’ve engaged with.
If you are a Founder/Executive, you can utilize LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
Keep reading for a quick 4-step checklist on how you can make LinkedIn work for you.

WHERE WE SEE INNOVATION - Recruiting
How you can use LinkedIn the right way to find your ideal new hires.
Define Your Ideal New Hire
Start by clearly defining your ideal new hire.
Identify the industries, job titles, company sizes, and any other relevant characteristics of the new hires you want to attract.
Understanding your target audience will help you tailor your LinkedIn strategy to effectively engage with them.
Optimize Your LinkedIn Profile and Company Page
Ensure that your personal LinkedIn profile and your company's LinkedIn page are optimized to attract the right new hires.
Craft a compelling headline, write a professional and engaging summary, and highlight your company’s expertise and unique value proposition. On your company page, showcase your products or services, share success stories or case studies, and demonstrate why new hires should be interested in your company.
Create Valuable Content
Share valuable and relevant content on LinkedIn that resonates with those individuals you are hoping to attract to your organization.
This can include informative articles, industry insights, thought leadership pieces, or practical tips.
By consistently providing valuable content, you position yourself and your company as experts in your field, attracting potential new hires who are interested in the same industry.
Engage in Strategic Networking
LinkedIn is a social platform, so actively engage in strategic networking to expand your reach and connect with potential clients.
Join industry-related groups and participate in discussions, comment on relevant posts, and share your insights.
Proactively reach out to individuals who fit your ideal new hire profile, and personalize your messages to express your interest in bringing them on.
