Today, we’ll be diving into how you can create a personal brand on LinkedIn.

Today’s Topic - Why Creating a Personal Brand is a Competitive Advantage in 2023
I get asked all the time about the benefits of posting on LinkedIn.
It has been instrumental in helping me to generate revenue and I think I’m only just beginning.
Here’s how you can do it and why I think it’s important for you:
1. Identify new business opportunities
You are able to reach people organically when they see your content.
Once you start consistently showing up, you become ingrained in people’s minds.
2. Discover mutually beneficial partnerships
You are able to find people where you can help one another.
I recently found a partner who has helped me create an AI & Sales course based on being active on LinkedIn.
3. Find great talent
It’s hard to find great talent for your team, especially without a network.
If you are consistently posting and sharing your thoughts, you will attract the people that you want to join your organization.
So how do you do it:
1. Post 2-3x per week for at least 3 months
2. Create content for one specific ideal customer profile
3. Engage with people in the comment section
4. Send a value add direct message when your ideal customer profile views your profile
5. Make it easy for your ideal customer profile to set up time with you
