  3. Personal connections drive engagement – people connect with people, not logos.

  4. Attract top talent – The best candidates aren’t just looking at your company page—they’re looking at the leaders behind the company.

  5. Demonstrate thought leadership – Personal posts give you a platform to share your expertise and opinions on industry trends.

  6. Drive more traffic to your company – Posting personal content that reflects your company’s values or vision naturally drives traffic back to your organization.
