On March 6, I put out a Tweet asking for the positive parts of being a parent and expected to receive a few replies.

I was wrong.

The responses have been incredible.

Over 5,000 people told me all the amazing parts of being a parent.

WHERE WE SEE INNOVATION:

We are still in the early stages of how the metaverse will affect the world of work, but it's a trend I'm following.

The more we can give people a real "feel" for the culture of an organization, I think the more engaged they will be.

It will be interesting to watch how virtual reality and the metaverse are used to engage and interact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
