Welcome to the Revenue Generator where I (usually) share 1 tactic each week that you can implement to help you generate more revenue.
We spend all day every day talking with clients about how to generate new business. One thing I’ve realized in all of those conversation is that business development basically comes down to four area.
Let’s dive in.

Today’s Topic - Four Modes of Business Development
There are 4 aspects of business development.
There's in person, which is always going to be the best.
There's email, there's phone, and there's LinkedIn/social selling.
If you're doing B2B, I think most people overend index on email because they can press one button and send 100,000 emails and nobody ever reads them.
Most people don't want to make cold calls because it's uncomfortable (put me in that category).
And so the fourth avenue is LinkedIn.
And I love that most people don't do it because it's hard to consistently create thought leadership content for an ICP week in and week out.
Someone might use AI and write a couple posts and you're never going to get any actual leads in business from this.
It is hard to do and because of that, I love it.
If you can do this consistently for six plus months, you severely separate yourself from everybody else who won't do it.
And that was the need in the market that we found. We found executives and CEOs who wanted to do this but didn't have the time, the knowledge, the expertise to do it.
And that's right in the space that we helped them.
